Hi 👋 I'm Akshith

I'm a security researcher and software engineer. I'm enthusiastic about making software and systems more secure. I use program analysis, fuzzing and software engineering as the primary tools of my trade. I strive to be a better systems programmer and build in public.

As a PhD student in Computer Science at Oregon State University, advised by Dr. Rakesh Bobba and Dr. Yeongjin Jang i've primarily worked on reducing the attack surface of operating systems, software and more recently the suppy chain.

I've also had the opportunity to contribute to reverse engineering at PARC and to the security of open source software at SRI International.

I enjoy solving CTF challenges with OSUSEC too.
